Danny is a Maths and PE teacher with a B.Sc (Hons) in Physical Education with Mathematics from the University of Limerick. Having worked in a highly rated school in London he has returned home to complete his newly qualified teacher training.

Growing up in Kerry, Gaelic football was a major influence in his life. It was the first step in his path to lifelong physical activity. Since than he has played rugby, basketball and soccer with his local and regional teams. At the moment, he is focussing on soccer and is open to suggestions from parents, staff and students as he looking for a new team in Dublin. 

Danny is very enthusiastic and passionate about his subject areas. He is looking forward to embracing the modern approach to teaching and learning advocated by Belmayne Educate Together Secondary School.
